| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment using Protx. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept all major payment cards including American Express. Nineplus do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship and back ordered items are not charged for until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Clothing / Textiles / Acessories / Unbreakables We use couriers for the majority of our shipping and most textile based goods are packaged in a courier bag or box. You should recieve a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, but if you do not, please request one from us here including your order number in the email and we will reply as quickly as we can. Surfboards / Fins / Breakables As you can probably imagine, putting one of our beautiful boards into the hands of couriers and shipping people is a scary thought. Thankfully we have found a courier that understands surfboards and thier fragile nature and although it will cost a little extra to get your board shipped it will be lovingly wrapped in a double layer or large bubble wrap, then placed in a double walled cardboard box and end caps reinforce the nose and tail. We have found that by doing this; even though it costs us a bit more is the best protection for your board in transit and it is rare that they get damaged. The extra cost also includes the courier service to deliver your board. If you are outside the UK, you will also need to purchase a boardbag as we are unable to ship boards to Europe without one. We have found that as the board goes through so many hands, vans, boats, planes or trains in its journey that it really needs the extra padding of one of our 10mm bags. We do however give you a half price boardbag if you purchase one at the same time as your board! So all is good For fins, we usually package them within a cardboad envelope to protect all faces, sides and edges. If bought with a board and boardbag, they are usually placed within the boardbag. |
| Delivery Schedule Once we have recieved your order, and providing that all the items you have ordered are in stock, and payment has been recieved, we aim to get your order picked, packed and shipped within 24 hours. Our courier collections are at 11am, so if your order is processed before this time, it may be shipped the same day. Shipping times are dependent on country and vary from 1-2 days in the UK, 3-6 days in the European Union and 4-7 days outside of the UK. | Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will, if this happens get in touch with you via the email address you supply. Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, and our aim to get our orders shipped to you as quickly as possible, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns for goods for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order. It is your responsibilty to keep the goods you recieve in good condition and get them returned to us. |
